The Power Within: How Theta Brainwave Can Change Your Life.

One of the ways to experience how quantum physics and advanced science work together is to do a Theta Healing meditation yourself or go to a Theta Healing practitioner. Get out of your comfort zone and try out this alternative therapy that helps hundreds of thousands of people around the world to defeat their negative thought patterns and change life for the better.

It is a meditative technique that slows down brainwaves and brings the practitioner and the client into a theta brainwave state. When our brain starts to work on this frequency we are able to tap into our true creativity, thus we can discover and enhance our already existing talents. By getting into the theta state more often we dramatically increase our learning ability. For example, children being able to learn new languages so fast is a result of them being often in theta state.

But the major advantage of learning to be in theta state is that we are able to program our unconscious mind. Our unconscious mind often dictates our reality through a set of emotional reactions and personal believes that we have inherited from others, learned and developed throughout our live. These knee-jerk reactions do not always serve our best interest. For example: you want to build your own business but run away when the real opportunity to show what you can presents itself - this kind of self-sabotage happens not because you are shy or stupid; you might’ve inherited this unconscious behavioral pattern from your ancestors. Many use positive affirmations or visualization to combat negative thoughts and behaviors, but only in the theta state you can make sure that your unconscious mind completely accepts any positive statement or a healing mental picture you give it. Only in theta brain rhythm you can clear the clutter of old ineffective behaviors and grow as a person in seconds by having a new set of believes and desirable thoughts and attitudes.

I teach my clients and friends at my seminars how to reach a theta state. Here is a very simple method of reaching a theta wave state: start breathing consciously. Relax to the point where you are no longer following your personal thoughts but simply watching them float by. Be aware of yourself, the flowing thoughts and the process of you letting them flow.  At a certain point you will find yourself in a deep Theta state. Enjoy!
